I am classically trained in Russia, and have been painting professionally for over 20 years. My artwork has been featured various publications such as Artist Magazine, Southwest Art, Austin Woman, Origin, and more. I've been commissioned to do custom work by Texas Governor's Mansion, Texas Biomedical Institute, etc.
I have over 12 years of teaching Art to adults and children, and for the past 9 years I've been teaching Art in a private school.
I can individually tailor lessons to better address your skills and goals. I can teach watercolor, painting, acrylics, mixed media, drawing, paint in styles of different artists, animal portraits, and much more.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess student's skill level and goals, and design lessons specifically for this student, so he or she can progress at his/her own pace. Usually I would cover the main basics and build from that.
