We have been open since 2012. Since day one, we wanted to provide a friendly atmosphere where students felt comfortable becasue there was no judging. All fitness levels are welcome with lots of diferent formats. We offer Zumba, Piloxing, Pound, Barre, Tabata Bootcamp, Yoga, Pop Pilates, Mixxedfit, Metafit and Strong by Zumba. We have lots of parking. Our studio is 2500 square feet which means we have a lot of room to move around. We are a Silver and Fit facility. No contract or membership. We want evereyone that comes through our doors to feel like they are part of our family. Kids are always welcome.
Seeing students reaching their goals. Their goals could be to lose weight, maintain their weight, get stronger, get fitter, or to get strong. Love seeing our students support and encourage each other, it makes my heart happy to see entire families working out together. No one feels embarrased or ashamed. I wanted to open up a place where women felt comfortable about working out, and having fun while doing it, and n'Caliente is this place. We have raised money for charities, and we participate in many schools' Family Fitness Nights. We also donate the studio for free classes for Power for Parkinsons each week. Love that we can do that. Helping and serving others is our purpose.

We have a questionaire at the studio and a waiver to fill out before anyone can join a class. We want to know what her/his needs are. What their schedule looks like. Explain to the new students the description for the formats.
Our instructors are current on CPR/ AED/First Aid. A lot of our instructors are AFAA licensed with the American Sport and Fitness Association. We make sure that our instructors provide their certificates for the fitness class they are teaching.
