About
I am RYT200 and certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction- a form of meditation that goes beyond silencing the mind and instead focused on self compassionate interruption of old habits to form new and healthier thoughts.
I pride myself on combining all limbs of yoga so that my clients see the benefits beyond the physical
I am a great fit for you if you have been curious about what a regular yoga or meditation practice can do for your overall health or are looking to take your practice to the next level.
I love building new connections with clients and hearing about how they have integrated what we do in the studio out into the real (usually stressful) world.

How did you get started teaching?
I came into yoga and meditation through my own journey of healing. My purpose in life is to use these tools to challenge old stories that may keep us from living full and juicy lives.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Because the body holds so much of what we are unconscious about, sometimes this work can bring up more than just physical results but emotional debris. It's important to choose a facilitator that is educated and mindfully aware to look out for signs of re-traumatization and provide a safe space to explore this. Because of this heightened awareness, I am certified in trauma informed meditation and have completed CEUs in CCST-i and trauma competency.
