I really enjoy and take pride in player development. Watching the young players mature and grow into their bodies as they learn the fundamentals and proper mechanics of baseball. What I also enjoy and find special is whenhe student-athlete does well in a game or at practice. The excitement goes unmatched and is truly a priceless experience.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe it entirely depends on the age and skill level of the student-athlete. I teach the basic fundamentals with an emphasis on the mental approach to the game and also "baseball IQ" (knowledge of the game as a player in given situations). Each lesson will focus on the mechanics of hitting, defense, and/or pitching. Baserunning and agility/plyometics will also be included as well. Each student-athlete will have their own player development plan that I will organize, discuss with player and parent, and will be approved before we officially start. Seems like a lot and it can be overwhelming, but I will make sure that all parties are happy and having fun during the process.
