About
I'm passionate about more than training people how to dance, or act, or perform. I want to build them up in a way that goes beyond art, or creativity. Everything that I work on is done with an eternal framework in mind. My life for you, rather than my life for me. I've taught and trained people of all ages in everything from tap dancing, to baseball and basketball. I have an adept kinesthetic sense and an old soul. I love teaching people how to tell stories through all art forms and sports are a HUGE part of my life. Bless you!

I get to learn about people and what brought them to this point, and where they'd like to go. Life is so short and every conversation is an opportunity to extend this very short life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and foremost, I want to build the relationship. People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. I want them to know that I truly care about them and I'm willing to go to any length to show that. I'm also more than willing to get strait to work because some folks don't want to talk, they want to do and that's ok. But at the end of the day, I'm a firm believer in relationship building.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played all american born sports at a high level and still do so.
And I earned a degree from the University of Oklahoma in Cinematic and Stage Studies, ranging from Film to the Stage. I have been acting professionally for over 10 years Onstage and for the Camera.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Every person is different and so is their budget. I have four boys and my wife is a teacher. So my time is precious, but I'm flexible with my rates.
As with everything in life, the more you buy something, the more economical it becomes. Once a month will cost more than once a week and so on.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching dance and performing techniques about 13 years ago when I was assistant choreagraphing and directing OLIVER, the musical. I fell in love with from the first step. Since then I have taught everything from swimming, to baseball, to acting for the camera. I love to learn and I love to teach!
What types of students have you worked with?
All age groups and all levels. I'd say I've worked the most with the 10-18 yr old age group but I also have 6 and 7 yr old boys that I've worked with since they could breathe!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am in the middle of coaching my son's basketball team at the YMCA. I love pouring into the kids and seeing them grow.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The two most important things we need to accomplish are 1)Learn and 2)Have FUN!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Does this relate to what I'm working on now and does this relate to me growing and learning today?
