I have a BFA from UTSA (pending summer 2021) I aslo have a commission painting and drawing buissness, where the subject matter is upon request by the customer. I have a passion for creating all things across the fine art and craft spectrum. If I have not done it yet, tempt me and I will. Movies, Photography, bookmaking, painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, new media, music production, songwriting, poetry, woodwork, etc. I have a passion for creating and if your a student and are excited to learn then this will be fantastic journy for both of us! Any age, any intrest, lets go!

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching myself first, then my children.
What types of students have you worked with?
Young kids, 2-10, and myself I am 33.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was commissioned to do a portrait and it made the customer cry (tears of joy).
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ultamatly, an art teacher is only a guide, and it is realy up to you to find your own artistic way. My job as a teacher is to help point you in the right direction and show you ways that would have taken much more time and research if you where to try and learn on your own. There is no clear path to be an artist, but by studing art and other artist there art shure things that work and dont, thats what I will show you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
When it comes to art all questions are encuraged. The "thinking through" is what we will do together.
