Skills And Agility Training

I provide an enthusiastic and welcoming learning enviornment before, during, and after the session. In regards to scheduling, I am both flexible and understanding of time, as far as location, i'm willing to travel up to 20 miles. As a student of mine, you will be provided with "homework" or extra practice outside of our time to sharpen your skills until the follwing session.

I enjoy strengthening and sharpening ones weakness in order to create a well rounded athlete. I feel that providing knowledge in all aspects of sports such as, technical, tactical, physical, and mental, is the most efficent way to learn.
