Texoma Premier Baseball Academy
About
We specialize in a wholistic approach to the game. Baseball and softball are very tough sports to handle mentally. We build self confidence and help with how to handle when you fail at the plate or in the field.
It's a blessing to get to work with the next generation and see their eyes light up when they have overcome a hurdle.

His baseball knowledge is second to none. My son, has learned more fundamentals with batting in 15 mins with Bo than he has in several years batting with various batting coaches. He has a solid and firm style with coaching and developing your player to raise them to the next level. He has great enthusiasm for success and genuinely cares for the development of baseball players.

Bo worked to make my child better. He taught fundamentals. He worked to change technique to the proper way in baseball. I would recommend Bo to anyone looking to grow as a baseball player

Coach Bo is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job of explaining baseball concepts - esp hitting & behind-the-plate work - in a way that players of all ages can understand.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First step is to watch them play catch and hit off of a tee to see where they currently are. Then we will create a plan and process to get them to reach their full potential .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with Care & Prevention of Athletic Injuries. I have been to and put on many camps in teh south central region.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50 per lesson
How did you get started teaching?
Fell in love with the mindfulness of the game. I was blessed to e around some great baseball minds that would come to the OKC area in the offseason for their workouts.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes from the very beginning to minor league guys coming back during the winter.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It is a MUST to find a guy that can break the mechanics down to a level that is understandable for the individual. Don't put a band aid on the problem, FIX IT!!! The issue is too many guys only know how to put a band aid on the problem. Development happens in stages. Find the guy that knows the difference between how to teach a develop a 9 year old versus a 14 year old. DON'T BE FOOLED! Lots of clowns out there.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Where am I ability wise? Don't compare yourself to others. Be better than you were yesterday. Everyone matures and develops at different rates. Many times the best 5th grader is not the best in High School. You never know when it will "click" for an an individual.
