Alpha Baseball Academy

I teach beginner through coach pitch skill level. My focus is creating a foundation that allows for a quicker progression to elite status. You will be exposed to and utilize most equipment you’d see at the higher levels and learn how to use them on your own. My focus is proper mechanics and muscle memory, building toward playing a 10-12yo skill set by the age of 8-10. By the time your body is able to build muscle strength through weighted balls and resistance bands, you’ll have the proper mechanics already ingrained.
