David Ruckert – Cardinals/Orioles Scout – Baseball Coach/ Strength & Nutritionist

David Ruckert has been involved in professional baseball in all capacities of the game. David spent 2 seasons as a professional scout for the Baltimore Orioles and the St. Louis Cardinals covering the Independent Leagues and International competition. Most recently he has served as an Analytics Coach/First Base Coach for the Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League. While with the Barnstormers he also worked with many players in the area of strength and conditioning. He has an intense passion for helping players succeed and reach the next level. David specializes in biomechanics and kinetic anatomy as well as blending qualitative information/analysis with the quantitative. Sports nutrition and baseball strength performance are just two of the many areas of expertise he has to offer.
