About
Creatif Eksperyans brings together years of Creative practice during which I was exposed to a variety of media and outcomes. I noticed people shied away from art studios because they felt they could not achieve the level of perfection expected of them. I made it my mission to encourage those particular types to help them get a sense of fulfilment. Anyone can create, all you need is a desire to do so, faith in your ability and good instruction.
We offer an environment that encourages everyone to develop their own Creative journey. Through art, craft, sewing and many other Creative skills. As our name suggests this is where you can truly find a creative experience!
I am a High school art teacher with 9 years experience teaching all ages from toddlers to Grandparents. Mixed media and arts integration is my passion.
I enjoy teaching adults and children of all ages. My approach is experiential, geared towards the process and gaining skills than the end product initially. As skill grows so does the ability to create more refined artworks.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet with the students or speak over the phone to determine the students needs and scheduling options. Meeting in person also covers a pre-assessment of skills to determine students level and suggest suitable classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in commerce
Bachelor of arts in General Studies - art and special education concentration
Masters degree in teaching - art and Special education concentration
How did you get started teaching?
Friends and family would send their kids over to my house during holidays to learn baking, art and craft. When my own kids came along i enjoyed sharing my skills with them and their friends. When i became a stay at home mom I had more time to teach and it slowly became a ‘career’. I love to teach! Adults, teens, young children alike. The joy that creativity brings is unique and i love spreading that joy.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have lived in 5 different countries and taught people from almost every country, all ages and skill levels. I have a particular interest in teaching kids with special needs and hence pursued higher education in that field.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Art is not an overnight success story. It takes diligence, practice and patience. The process is more important than the product especially for beginners artists. With a Focus on learning skills and with sustained effort everyone can learn to make great art.
