I am a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM) through the Music Teachers National Association and the Texas Music Teachers Association. I am also an active member of the American College of Musicians - National Guild of Piano Teachers. Music is a great passion of mine, and sharing my love of music is very fulfilling. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I carefully assess the student's knowledge and take into consideration the goals and desires the student has set forth in order to custom tailor lesson plans that will be most effective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, a Bachelor of Music degree in Theory & Composition, and a Master of Music degree in Music Performance & Pedagogy.
