About
My art classes are all geared towards three things.1. Fun. There is no point in art if it is boring. I try to collaborate familiar things to kids like game characters, movie heroes , famous books and draw them with added intensity of technique and realism. 2. Observation. Kids must thrive in observation which is basis of all science, medical field, literature and art. Drawing enhances observation skill phenominally. Do you want to be a doctor or a scientist? Learn observation through art.
3. Kids need a goal to achieve , for feeling of self actualization and self worth. This feeling is fundamental for developing as an adult who can produce an outcome that is positive to our surroundings . I make small competitions and give prizes, we plan online art exhibition to give them a visible goal. Art needs spectators to complete its function, so I try to make sure that is fulfilled.
I love kids. I loVe Human interaction and I am innately talented at encouraging kids, I believe they are filled with endless possibilities. Moreover, art is naturally therapeutic, So I wish to help kids develop sense of self worth and soothe their stress especially in these corona- fear filled negative days.
I also love to take them into world of art that expresses who they are , show that what a beautiful world we live in and how we can be a greater part of it.

Frequently asked questions
How did you get started teaching?
I love human interaction, and I realized I cannot be fulltime artist because it is simply too under motivating for me being just with canvases in a studio, so I started first job as a teacher and went on eversince.
What types of students have you worked with?
from Kinder- grade 8 for now, and adults , all in group settings.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
With this COvid 19 I had to come up with ways to interact with my students at an online setting, it was weird at first being so distant, but I realized I could actually be slower and more precise in what I teach. I love how I don't have to travel to an office like I used to and use all my energy cleaning and preparing the offline space. With this online classes, I can slowly show them how to draw things step by step and even record it for revising purposes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Art is not craft. If you are looking for craft like making something outside canvas, drawing paint colored pencils, I am the wrong teacher for you. I teach most fundamental components of drawing and painting.
It is deeper knowledge than making something pretty so I am looking for kids and adults who are genuinely interested in creating deeper space within two dimension.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I interested in improving drawing and painting?
Do I want to improve in realistic observation?
Do i have FUN drawing?
Do i want to see my surrounding differently?
Am I wanting to seek a deeper level of art?
