I’ve been in or around the game of baseball for over 35 years and softball for 8 because of my daughters. And what I’ve learned is the mental aspect, is the highest part of development in young players. I’ve worked with kids as young as 7, all the way up professional players. Working on feeling and memory. I’ve been a select softball coach for the past 4 years and it’s bern somewhat of a calling. The “what” and the “how” is taught everywhere, but here, we explain the “WHY”.
