About
I have been practicing yoga (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation for the past 20 years. Even today each day is a learning experience for me. My practice includes yoga, breath work and mindfulness practice backed with scientific research.
During my practice, the experience of learning something new everyday surprises me and keeps me motivated to work and challenge my own practice. The human body and mind is like a complex machine and it's response to different stimulation in different situations is beyond belief.
