Excellent classes and amazing instructors. Ive attended other courses from other instructors who know what theyre doing but with combative concepts the instructors are the real deal.

They dont move fast to get through course material just to finish but make sure you have a full grasp on the concept before moving on.

They give real life scenarios and help you mental prepare for any situation. Truly the best

I have had the opportunity to train with and learn from Dustin, Combative Concepts, for a little over a year now. He is an excellent instructor as well as practitioner, and is passionate about what he does. His level of knowledge and skills with empty hands, edged weapons and firearms is something I continue to be amazed with. I never thought that I would be able to come as far as I have in the year that Ive been training with him. I believe that regardless of skill level, whether someone is a beginner or advanced, he can give you something to better yourself. I love that fact that there is always more to learn and his willingness to help and share his knowledge with others. Overall, Dustin and the system of Combative Concepts, youd be pressed to find a better instructor and system.

Great one on one instruction always. U will not just learn techniques off a checklist, but concepts that you can apply to multiple situations and grow your knowledge through understanding, and not just through numbers of techniques learned. Instructor Hinson has true love for the combat arts and will help you find your own personal martial art..

The expertise and professionalism of the instructor. Dustin has a wealth of knowledge and a great way to present his material to the newest students all the way up to the most seasoned veterans. He’s always finding ways to enhance his craft and his training. It’s hard to find better instructors out there.

Dustin is very dedicated to his craft and his students. The progress of his students is his main focus. He was super fun too and very encouraging and inspiring. Its amazing how much you learn and are able to retain under his instruction. He will push you to discover your own magnificence. Helping good people become capable and confident is what he lives for.
