What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assess basic needs as a hitter or pitcher and work on the most important parts of the swing first. Hitting is a process that requires work. Your son will become a better hitter if he will work at it and work on the thjngs we discuss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing hitting lessons for well over 20 years. Your son will improve.

$40/lesson unless you purchase 5 or more at one time.
5 lessons at a time the price goes down to $30/hour.
How did you get started teaching?
Been coaching for over 20 years and specific hitting instructor for close to 15
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids of all ages. But I think the sweet spot for leaning how to hit is around 10-14 years old. It's easier fir them to feel what a coach is teaching them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
High school baseball tournaments are my favorite time of year.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Pick a guy and give them at least 5-10 lessons and let them work with your hitter. Even if it's not me. It's hard to see results from only a lesson or two.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If your student isn't willing to work on hitting on their own, you are wasting your time with lessons. Whoever you go to will give you the frame work but the student has tk pjt in the time amd effort it takes to change a swing.
