About
Hello, my name is Ryan Beecher and I walked to the Stanford football team in 2015. I eventually earned a starting role and a scholarship. I was the Rose Bowl and Pac-12 Championship team. Being a walk-on proves not only that I am a intelligent individual, but also shows my ability to increase physical and mental performance. I played inside linebacker for Stanford but am also proficient in general training and played Tight End for 5 years. I was awarded the Team-Technician award by my teammates and coaches. This award goes to the player who best embodies discipline, attention to detail, effort, and willingness to dedicate themselves to the team during the 2018-2019 season. I taught public speaking and communication at Stanford in the department of Engineering. I can help any level of player improve their technique, mental discipline, and overall ability. Nothing gets done on the couch, let's get to work!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Establish goals and determine where the players stand relative to those goals. I will make the player determine what their goals should be. They should have long term goals with big aspirations, as well as short-term easily achievable goals that can be accomplished down the path towards who they want to be. Goals must be realistic, achievable, and hard to obtain.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
This will be entirely dependent on the player and what their needs and goals are. Linebacker drills are different than receiver drills and I will cater specifically to what the athlete needs to improve in their game.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have mentored, trained, and played with players ranging from average high school players to the Elite NFL talent like Christian McCaffrey, Solomon Thomas, Austin Hooper, Sean Barton, Dalton Schultz, Blake Martinez, Justin Reid and many others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about goals and mindset. Be self-critical and honest on what you need to improve.
