What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Asking them questions: what do they want to focus on, what are their goals, strengths, weaknesses, what motivates them. Then give them certain drills to do and takes notes on my observation. Not just focusing on their skills but also their physicality and body language when they make a mistake.
