I love seeing the confidence and joy on a student's face when they achieve something they have been working toward. I love watching them progress each year and learn new ballet technique and terminology. There is something unforgettable about helping a student work toward their goal to dance en pointe (in pointe shoes). I don't allow my students to say "I can't" because I know they can when they believe that they can. I love that we have a boys and men's program that is growing and improving every year. Our pointe classes, partnering classes and our performances are helping our older students to become beautiful and strong dancers with correct technique. Proper technique is introduced to children at a very young age, but having fun while dancing is always emphasized. It is my goal that students always leave classes feeling good about themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students will attend a placement class with the class that I think is best for their level based on age and experience; It is then decided whether to keep them at that level or move them up based on ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my training at the age of six at Marianna School of Classical Ballet. For the next 12 years I was instructed and guided by Leanna Gomez, a former Prima Ballerina. It was through her instruction that I developed a great love for ballet. I have spent most of my life dancing, choreographing, and teaching dance at several studios and have created thriving ballet programs where none existed before. I have a lifetime of choreographic and teaching experience as well as seven years dancing en pointe that I look forward to sharing with you.
