Ex-Professional baseball player for 11 years looking to give back the knowledge I've acquired over the years. Currently can do indoor lessons at the BUBA facility. (1205 S. Carey St. Baltimore, MD 21230, which is a 10,000 sq. ft. workout space) Equipped with training aids (plyoballs and bands for strength and velocity) HITtrax technology (tracking all the analytics of clients swings in a personalized profile, as well as just for fun) batting cages, turf floor space for defensive work, mound space to work on pitching mechanics.

Giving back the baseball knowledge is what I enjoy the most.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1st I watch the student, either hitting/fielding/throwing. Only to see what the student has been doing before our session. Then try to make any minor adjustments that will allow the student to become more efficient at the skill we are working on.
