My process for working with a new student is straightforward beginning with written assessment (skill & biometric), then based on initial assessment I develop an individualized plan for development. After the completion of a development cycle we will re-assess. Students can expect a 60-90 minute workout. We offer functional strength training, ball handling (beginning/intermediate/advanced), shooting instruction (beginner/intermediate/advanced), position specific instruction (guard/wing/post), and try-out preparation.
