What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I use the first session to get an idea of the students ability level. From there I will formulate a customized workout plan specifically designed to improve weaknesses as well as enhance strengths of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played competitively for 13+ years being a 3 year Varsity letterman at C.D. Hylton High School here in Woodbridge. After playing I began coaching in 2003 at all levels from volunteer to high school coach. Coaching led me to start my own business as a personal skills trainer in 2017.

$35 - High School to College Age (14-17)
$45 - College to Professional (18+)
*All prices represent a 1-hour single session.
