About
Founded in 2014, Alexandria Clay Coop is a thriving community of potters and ceramic artists based in Alexandria, VA, and its surrounding areas. It offers classes in wheel and hand building, and one session "Try It" lessons for beginners. Accommodating both member and non-member artists, the Coop provides low to mid-range firings and plans to expand its capabilities with a high range gas kiln. Continuously evolving, Alexandria Clay Coop is the successor of the Creative Clay Studio and is now located at a convenient and affordable warehouse at South Dove Street.
