thank you so much for visiting my page. I am a chef who is much into fitness and athletics life long. Having a younger sister to babysit for summers growing up, I became very handy in the kitchen. Since 2008 I’ve worked for various corporate restaurants with different cuisines. I’m originally from Lynchburg Va, and moved to Washington D.C area in August 2012 (weighted 137lbs, currently at 175lbs). To chase my dream of food management and playing competitive basketball, throughout the years I was able to accomplish both.
My successful passions of both fields of work, ultimately pushed me of my dream to help provide others whom may have schedule conflicts or restrictions to still be able to reach their goals. If you know anything about the restaurant business, your schedule can be very hectic. Im here to show you that anything is possible as well as knowledgeable ways of reaching your fitness goals mentally, physically, or spiritually. I am well motivated to interacting with you and answering any questions of sorts that come about.
I have nine years of lifting experience, while in that time biking up 40 pounds of muscle. On the flip side of the equation. I have more then 12 years of experience preparing,cooking, meal prepping meals to fit various needs and wants.
