FLYTE Basketball Training
About
At FLYTE Basketball Development Training, I develop disciplined, skilled, and high IQ female players who are prepared to compete in the DMV’s toughest basketball environments.
I work exclusively with girls in 6th to 12th grade, building the foundational and advanced skills they need to succeed. My training helps players make their school teams, contribute at the high school level, earn roles on competitive travel programs, and build toward college opportunities.
Why FLYTE
The DMV basketball landscape is crowded and competitive. Families need a training path that is structured, intentional, and focused on real development instead of random workouts. FLYTE provides that clarity.
The Approach
Game Ready Development
Training focuses on skills that matter in real games. Footwork, spacing, finishing, decision making, defensive concepts, and basketball IQ are taught with purpose and repetition.
Progressive Curriculum and Cohorts
Players train inside 3,6,12 month periods, position based labs, and specialized clinics that match their grade and ability. Each athlete follows a development plan that aligns with where they are and where they want to go.
High Standards and Accountability
FLYTE is structured and challenging. Athletes are expected to practice with focus, track their progress, complete their at home work, and take ownership of their development.
Player Focused Environment
Every athlete gets individual attention, consistent feedback, and a clear understanding of the strengths they have and the areas they need to improve.
Every girl should feel prepared, confident, and capable when she steps on the court.
FLYTE exists to make that a reality.
