I was a four sport varsity athlete at St. Albans School for 4 years. I played Varsity Football (1 year), Soccer (3 years), Basketball (4 years), and Lacrosse (4 years) at St. Albans School for boys. I was fortunate enough to play college basketball at The University of Mary Washington. I found my way into coaching at Breakout lacrosse. After that, I began coaching at Grace Episcopal Day School for Basketball, Track, Soccer, and Lacrosse. Since then, I have been coaching at St. Albans School for Boys as a JV Soccer Coach and Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach, and Lower School Sports.

Sports have been my passion for my entire life. The opportunity to share that passion with others and help them develop as athletes, students, and good people is a dream come true. From my previous experience coaching at St. Albans School, it has been my mission to not only guide players on the field, but off the field as well. Each player is different in personality and skill level. I tailor my coaching style to benefit that individuals needs.
