About
First, a little about myself, my name is Michael Sniezek. I played four varsity sports (football, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse) from freshman - senior year at St. Albans School for Boys and played Division 3 basketball at the University of Mary Washington. I began my coaching career at Breakout Lacrosse (2 years), and Grace Episcopal Day School (2 years) training a variety of age groups, but mainly Lower – Middle school student athletes. After, I had a great opportunity to coach at my Almer mater, St. Albans School for Boys. While there, I coached middle school, and high school (Fr, JV, & V) level sports (basketball, soccer, lacrosse, football, track & field, tennis, cross country, weight training and other development skills) for about 5-6 years. Then covid hit and many of the sports were put to a halt, so I decided to go back to school at Liberty University. Now, I am looking to train young student-athletes of Lynchburg, VA and give them a strong foundation of basic skills, knowledge and character.
