Teaching, helping and getting others to a great spot is what I love
I absolutely love it when a student "gets it"! I have personally experienced what it feels like to not understand material, and that is one reason I have continuously provided tutoring to students. My experiences have taught

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During the first session, I like to spend most of the time getting to know my first student. Everyone learns differently and their strengths/weaknesses are critical for me to know. With this information, I am able to tailor my tutoring for each individual student. I am looking to know if they prefer utilizing a written, verbal, or visual modality, or even a combination. Knowing what motivates a student is also important for me to learn. In subsequent sessions, we then focus on the material, with me making use of the information they provided.
