I am also a swim instructor with 11 years of experience with all levels, from beginning children, or adults, to those training for open water swims. I am patient and strive to help each swimmer reach their goal, whether it is losing the fear of water and learning to float, or to swim in open water. I have taught a small summer swim team and have taught group lessons and private lessons of all types in various pools indoor and outdoor.
I enjoy encouraging students at all stages to gain confidence and enjoy where they are at in theur skills while working to achieve greater technical and emotional strength in their work. I am passionate about helping people to push through the hard parts of creating when things do not seem to be going as wished.
As a swim instructor I strive to help all swimmers learn to be comfortable and safe in the water. I am flexible to work with each person specificallly according to their goals and ability. I love watching people learn to enjoy themselves and gain confidence and safety in the water in all settings.
