R6 Soccer

R6 Soccer is a veteran-owned private training program in the Culpeper & Charlottesville Virginia areas. Founded in 2024 with a love for the beautiful game & the passion to make a difference. R6 brings together skills training, strength & conditioning, leadership, game knowledge, & much more to players who eat, sleep, & breathe football. We believe in passion, knowledge, & determination on the pitch & care, leadership, & dedication to making a difference off the pitch. We provide Field and GK travel soccer players, ages 12 & up with the tools & opportunity to take ownership of their own soccer development & grow in the 4 pillars of the game: technical skills, physical strength, agility, & conditioning, increase tactical knowledge & understanding of the game, & develop mental strength & confidence as a player & a person.

Coach Mike, our owner and Head Coach, has over 15 years of coaching experience from youth soccer, college soccer, and adult amateur (semi-pro) levels. Coach Mike currently holds his USSF B license and has a GK Level 1 certification from United Soccer Coaches. He has player soccer since he was 4 years old and has played 2 years of college soccer and 3 years at the amateur level.

Coach Kian, our Assistant Coach, has been playing soccer for 7 years. Played Varsity soccer at Eastern View HS in Culpeper, VA and was a captain his senior year. He played ECNL-RL with SOCA and Richmond United's top RL teams and guess played for their ECNL teams at different times. He is currently playing at North Carolina Wesleyan University as a GK for their Men's Soccer program.
