Hi, my name is coach D. I'm an assistant Basketball coach at Oscar Smith high school.I have been coaching for 10 years. I specialize in Skills and strength and speed training. Skills sessions consist of ball handling, shooting, offensive progressions, and defensive principles. We also offer strength and agility training as well.
Training Sessions- Individual. 1 hour - 40$ 15 min power stretch, 45 min skills
1hour 30min - 50$ 30min strength and agility, 1 hour - Skills
Group training - 25$ per session - 1 hour 30 mins
