I love working with youth sharing my experience about sports and passion for the game.. I’m recently a retired U.S Navy veteran and haven’t been able to be available as much until recently. I believe in conditioning and preparation . It’s not worth participating if your not having fun. There’s nothing wrong with being competitive but with good sportsmanship and teamwork .
