What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we discuss experience using various painting mediums then we discuss what they hope to gain from my class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in illustration. I have worked as an illustrator and taught myself the ins and outs of painting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $25 per 2 hour session as long as I have no less than 4 student's registered.
How did you get started teaching?
My son was homeschooled and the co-op I attended with him requires a parent teach or assist a class. This year I taught 7th -12th graders painting I and advanced painting.
