U can contact me for lessons at D-BAT Newport News ask for coach Jay. I do baseball and softball hitting and fielding instruction for ages 6+ to college level.
I’ve been doing lessons in the area for the last 5 years after completing my playing time at VIRGINIA STATE University and currently play on the Virgin Island national team.
Areas of focus are skill, technique, and overall hitting and mental approach.
