Started personal training / QB camps in 2006. Have experience training 8-18 years olds for 14 years.

Played Division 1 QB & coached 13 years at Old Dominion as Quarterbacks Coach / Pass Game Coordinator. Earned both undergrad and Masters Degree in Education.

Take pride in teaching & doing simple GREAT. Training is ALWAYS positive, while never letting small details go. Sessions are up tempo, high energy, very detailed & organized.

Love working with young students / players who aspire to simply get a little better each day. Take pride in my ability to motivate & inspire young people to work, learn, and grow their own skill sets.
