What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with someone new we start with the basics and we stay with the basics until moving on. I add new skills as we go along to new projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self trained. I watched multiple people in my family build business by doing the things they love all while being creative.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most lessons start around $25 and increase from there.
How did you get started teaching?
I opened the studio and decided that there was a need in my community to teach a lost art and insure that future adults know the very basics of sewing.

I work with students of all ages!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently started small Sumer camps and it’s awesome to be a part of kid’s summers! I am privileged to spend part of my day with young people who are the future and teach them something that I love!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who loves what they do and are affordable. Ask questions.
