What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once student has made first contact with our office one of our professional instructors will have a phone consultantion then, they will setup a neutruel time to have a face to face consultation before scheduling any over the road driving to see what level the student is currently at and also to meet personally so the parents and the students are comfortable with the instructor before we just show up at your home.
