Hello my co-worker and I are starting out a tutoring service. She will be teaching spanish lessons. Her qualification is being a fluent spanish speaker raised in spain. Her name is Beatrice and she has experience teaching all ages in english and spanish.
She is a very patient person and loves working with all ages.
My name is Brandon and I will be focusing on math and health. My qualifications for math is I am a current student for mechanical engineering at Arizona state university. I am more than willing to work with all ages and skill levels. I have many years of experience teaching at all ages. I am a 25 year old verteran naval aviation rescue swimmer with over 13 years of swim experience followed up by 3 years of life guarding and 2 years of coaching. I have taught all ages from 4-28 so there is no level of swimmer I'm not comfortable with. I'm very easy going and calm with my students.
I am a patient person and I love to teach. These are our main focus for tutoring, however we are both qualified to teach many other fields. Please feel free to ask a question about any subject you are curious about!

Beatriz is a professional ballet dancer with 20+ years of experience. She was born in the uk, but lived most of her life in Spain. She is fluent in english and spanish with 3 years of experience of teaching a age range of 3-18 year olds at a school. She is a warm and caring woman who is patient with any kids she works with.
I am a college student with 10+ years of competitive swimming experience. After highschool I was a rescue swimmer for 6 years. I am cpr and EMR certified with a specialization in trauma. After my military correr i enrolled in Arizona state university to further my passion for mechanics.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For the time being, we are offering a discounted price because we are moving onto this website. We are giving the first lesson free (all that we ask is that you leave a honest review) after that we are charging $15 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a summer job back in high school as a collateral duty for my lifeguarding job. I soon found out how rewarding it was to see a person become more proficient at something, that I myself am so passionate about, because I have them the opportunity.
Beatriz has been a teacher for years and loves to help people. She started in spain because she is bilingual due to the fact that she has a british family.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with all levels from 3-30 year olds who have various amounts of experience. We are always up for a challenge when it comes to keeping every lesson we give informative, but never disheartening.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open with your instructor, they are there to help you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is my current level of skill? How proficient do I want to be in that skill? How long do i want to take to meet my goal?
