Our staff has over 40 years of professional basketball experience including high level European leagues as well NBA on both He men and women’s side. We meet each client where they are at and have had success in player development from beginner level up through pro. We train according to position or specific client needs to elevate the athletes game. We have our own facility and train atleast 6 times a week.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If client is looking for long term training, we bring them in for an evaluation and provide the client feedback and talk about goals before we start the training package.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a 4 year starter at Old Dominion University and retired 4 years ago from playing 13 years of professional basketball overseas and in the NBA. I also have a degree in sports management which helps me everyday with working with people and running my business.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with every level athlete all the way up to preparing kids for NBA workouts and NBA summer league. We have worked with several local highschool teams and recreation associations as well providing training all the way to beginner level boys and girls.
