I have been lovingly teaching yoga & wellness for 7 years, I am a passionate woman's health advocate, and Health & Happiness coach. The techniques, sequences, and practices I utilize are based on results that have stood the test of time, and are researched for effectiveness and safety. Wellness for me is holistic and I try to approach all of my offerings thru a holistic lense to help clients reach optimal health and wellbeing.
Seeing my clients impress themselves, and experience tranformations into confident, happy, healthy folks loving their lives!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. After you request a session: I reach out to you via email thanking you for their request, to give you a schedule of my current availability, and to request to schedule a brief 10 minute phone consultation to learn more about you, your goals, and how I may be able to help.
2. We have our phone consultation and decide if we are a good teacher-student fit.
3. We have our first explorative yoga session when I get to work with your body and become informed so that I can create the ideal, personalized yoga practice to address you needs.
