The Lightbulb Studio was born out of a lightbulb moment of my own: the realization that I was not just a 'coach,' or a 'yogi,' or a 'project manager,' but all of the above. And not only that, but that I had the power within myself to create a space that allowed all of the above to be expressed and of service to others.
On the other side of that lightbulb moment, I found myself falling in love with idea of the lightbulb as a metaphor. It is something so full of power, while also being completely vulnerable and delicate by nature, requiring care and consideration when handling. I believe we are all lightbulbs in our own way - full of more power than we often recognize, and it is through care and consideration that we're able to realize our full potential.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2017, after more than a decade of personal yoga practice, I pursued and received my 200 hr yoga teacher training certification from Humble Haven Yoga studio.
The joy of teaching for me is not presently found in a formal studio setting, but in the intimate shared space of private small gatherings and one-on-one study. I deeply enjoy working with students and catering our practices to their unique needs. Based upon your posting, it sounds as if you’re interested in beginning a yoga practice, and would prefer an at-home experience, which is precisely the sort of yoga teaching I enjoy most.
