About this pro

Hi, Nice to meet you!

I am excited that you are investing in your dreams and health. As a former Division I athlete, football player and all around athlete, I specialize in not only the physical aspect of basketball training, but I also train in the mental and emotional skills needed to be consistently great at any level.

These are mental, physical, and emotional habits of success.

In addition to physical workouts to do on your own, I would also give you exercises to build your mind, confidence, and life skills (if you request this specialized training).

Please feel free to look me up on Facebook @ Full Spectrum Athlete or www.FullSpectrumAthlete.com Please call or email me to discuss further. Make it a great day.
