I have a beautiful 1000 sq ft teaching studio in my home in Woodinville,WA. I offer a freindly and upbeat approach to teaching. Most of my students come and stay with me for years. I have personally studied with many well know and rspected artists through nearly forty years of painting exclusively in watercolor. I teach adults exclusively and enjoy their personalities, interactions with each other, and their life experience shared . We are a community of friends now and love the creative energy we share....

Taught at : The School of Visual Arts, NYC, The Boca Museum Art School, WITVA, The Lake Worth Art League, and numerous other art schools - NYC, NJ and FL. Trained :as a teacher at Boston University, and as an artist - The Art Student's League, NYC, SVA NYC, and Parsons, NYC. I enjoy teaching people how to get to the next step in their artwork. After years of experience being creative as a set designer and also spending years doing workshops in school settings, I decided to expand and offer these fun sessions for small groups and individual. My goal is to help students appreciate what they are doing with the right tool, technique and medium so they can be proud of the result and believe they can achieve something over their expectations. I have a private studio with everything you will need to make your lessons enjoyable and productive. You will learn at your own pace. I will provide you with my knowledge, and encourgemnet. I pursued a fashion degree after high school and worked in various shops. A few years ago after I decided to return to school to get my degree in fashion merchandising. I'm really interested in catching the movement and feel of the subject drawn. Teaching my students the shapes that will help to build structures to convey what they are seeing or imagining. Also covering the effects of lighting and shadow to create depth and reality to the drawn image.
