What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All of our sessions are one on one. We conduct indiviudal assessment through interview type conversations with the parents and the child. We then draft up a learning plan that both party agree would enable us to achieve our short term and long term goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tutors are thoroughly screened and background checked prior to hiring. Through our proprietary “Z! Tutor Match” system, we go to great lengths to match our tutors with your student based on personality, learning preferences, and academic strengths and weaknesses

Yes, rates vary by grade level. We also offer sibling discounts and commitment discounts (meaning if you pre-purchase a certain amount of hours).
How did you get started teaching?
I started from mentoring college students and preparing them for their career launch. Then this passion spilled over to all education related items.

We support the local community through volunteering and engagement. including the local farmer's marker, Girls on the Run, YMCA etc.

If you are not satisfied with the initial pairing, we always pair you up with another tutor at no costs.
