Helping young athletes learn and enjoy the game of baseball is why I coach. Success of an athlete is what the athlete sees in progress. I have been coaching baseball for 20+years from Little League to High School. I am currently an assistant coach at South Kitsap High school and at Marcus Whitman Middle School.

Start simple. Explain the fundamentals at the beginning. Ask questions to see what my students knowledge of the game is, so we can train to thier abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of coaching experience. From T-ball to High school. I have learned from ex MLB players as well as ex MLB scouts.
