About
Compressions for Life is an American Heart Association–authorized training site based in Bremerton, WA, providing CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and ACLS instruction across Kitsap and Mason counties, including Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island, Kingston, and Belfair. Courses are taught by active professional firefighters and paramedics and meet Washington State L&I and OSHA requirements.
Training is offered at a fully equipped downtown Bremerton facility for individuals and small teams (ideal for 1–7), or on-site at customer locations for groups of eight or more. On-site programs include all equipment, coordinated scheduling around operational needs, and group discounts of 10% for 10–20 participants and 20% for 21+.
Course options include Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers — 3 hours, $70 per person, AHA certified; Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED — 3 hours, $80 per person, Washington State L&I and OSHA compliant; and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by appointment (initial and renewal).
