What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I send an in-depth intake questionnaire to every potential new client, then we can schedule a short call to see if we're a good fit.
From there, our first session would be a 60-minute call to review the intake form and set up a plan to support your specific needs/goals.
We'll determine the best cadence for meetings and training. I use a combination of videos, tracking software, and private online chat platforms to deliver personalized, precise, and timely communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My coaching and teaching experience spans across yoga, group exercise, personal training, and sports performance. I specialize in a holistic approach to wellness, addressing the many facets of physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, social support, and spiritual development. I also bring a decade of experience strategizing and producing content for everything from small and large organizations to personal creative pursuits.

Online nutrition coaching costs $150/month and includes:
-1x weekly 30-minute session dedicated to check-ins, habit reviews, eating protocols, meal planning, etc.
Online personal training costs $150/month and includes:
-1x weekly 30-minute session dedicated to check-ins
-Weekly, customized workouts/training programming
-Access to my videos, tracking software, and daily messaging for questions, accountability, etc.
Stand-alone assessment costs $75, (60-minutes for physical & nutritional baseline assessment to determine your current state of fitness, health, nutrition and develop a recommended program).
I offer a free 15-minute phone call to determine if we are a good fit and to answer any preliminary questions.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take the time to research the teacher's field of expertise, look for their experiences/recommendations. Get clear with yourself on your PRIMARY goal(s) and ask LOTS of specific questions to help ensure you are a good match with the coach.
