I offer one-on-one personal training, small group classes, and online nutrition coaching for women from my online studio outside of Palm Springs, CA.

I can teach you how to move, improve your technique, and establish consistent habits that align with your specific goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, eliminate pain or improve specific health conditions and regain energy, I can help you feel great!

    Before working with Britta, I felt nervous about strength training and didn’t know where to start. I also lacked accountability and would often let my good habits and planned workouts fall by the wayside. Now, not only do I have an accountability buddy but also someone who helps to push me when I don’t feel like doing the work. I wanted to run a half marathon and get stronger for climbing and couldn’t have done it without the consistency of having a coach. Britta catered to my specific needs and worked with me to find a method of training that was going to make me stronger but also be enjoyable so I’d be more likely to actually do it! Not only have I learned new movements and built more strength, I crushed my half marathon and also managed to tackle one of the biggest issues that has prevented me from performing my best: sleep. Britta taught me to pay more attention to what my body needs which has helped me feed myself better and create sleep habits that actually help me feel refreshed in the morning.     My favorite thing about Britta is that she is always ready to meet me wherever I am at. Her knowledge of nutrition and her way of explaining how little changes can make such a big difference has helped me immensely.     I send an in-depth intake questionnaire to every potential new client, then we can schedule a short call to see if we're a good fit. 

    From there, our first session would be a 60-minute call to review the intake form and set up a plan to support your specific needs/goals. 

    We'll determine the best cadence for meetings and training. I use a combination of videos, tracking software, and private online chat platforms to deliver personalized, precise, and timely communication.  

    My coaching and teaching experience spans across yoga, group exercise, personal training, and sports performance. I specialize in a holistic approach to wellness, addressing the many facets of physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, social support, and spiritual development. I also bring a decade of experience strategizing and producing content for everything from small and large organizations to personal creative pursuits.

    Online nutrition coaching costs $150/month and includes:

    -1x weekly 30-minute session dedicated to check-ins, habit reviews, eating protocols, meal planning, etc.

    Online personal training costs $150/month and includes:

    -1x weekly 30-minute session dedicated to check-ins

    -Weekly, customized workouts/training programming

    -Access to my videos, tracking software, and daily messaging for questions, accountability, etc.

    Stand-alone assessment costs $75, (60-minutes for physical & nutritional baseline assessment to determine your current state of fitness, health, nutrition and develop a recommended program).

    I offer a free 15-minute phone call to determine if we are a good fit and to answer any preliminary questions.
