In The Zone Basketball

My training and player development career began in 2019. After a season of coaching High School basketball, I was seeing that many of our athletes lacked the fundamentals that they needed in order to reach their full potential. Myself, not being blessed with elite athleticism it was necessary for me to develop a well-rounded skillset of shooting, footwork and ball handling to go along with a high basketball IQ in order to be an effective player. I have been grateful to have many great coaches, trainers, teammates and competitors throughout my time playing the game. I take what I’ve learned from those individuals to go along with my own knowledge and I apply that that to my training philosophy while working with the youth.
