Kelly is very helpful with setting goals and working to achieve them. She’s incredibly patient, and excellent at seeing that you work out in a way that improves your life. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all areas of fitness...and blows me away with her understanding of the mind-body connection and how to make it part of your life. I benefitted SO much from working with Kelly. And I love her sweet nature and humor!

Frequently asked questions

All of my new clients are asked to fill out a Medical History Questionaire (MHQ) and client In-Take the form and our first appointment consists of a Physical Readiness Evaluation before beginning a workout program. Nutrition and Life Coaching clients also have forms to fill out and client evaluation can be conducted via a remote video chat session (Skype, Zoom & Google).

Session pricing ranges from $75-$150 per hour. This depends on the service and packaging.

I started Personal Training and teaching Group Exercise classes (Spinning & Yoga) in 1989. The company I worked for allowed me to travel the Pacific Northwest (Idaho, Oregon & Washington) working and managing within the clubs. Group Personal Training session (boot camp HIIT) style classes are mostly what I teach when I'm not teaching private Personal Training and Yoga to individuals or couples.

I've worked with client's in their 20's to 80's with little to many special conditions. Most of my current clients are 40+ with minor special conditions that require modifications to their programs.

7 years ago I started a non for profit/ charity called Little Black Dress Party and hold annual fundraising events for local nonprofits focused on women, children, and families. Our event is in the fall every year.

Make sure the teacher is qualified (can provide certifications) and has worked with someone with your goals. Read their testimonials. Also, make sure your personalities mesh. Talk to them on the phone and maybe meet for one session to see if it's the right fit. Most of my client have been training with me for years. I've noticed that like attracts like.

What is my goal? Be specific and realistic.

Do I have the time to commit to my goals?

Am I ready to make a change?

On a scale of 1-10 (10 being most important), how important is this goal to me? If you aren't at or close to 10, it might not be the right time for you.

My favourite quote:" A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing grows there."
