I am a yoga instructor and teach various styles as vinyasa, hatha, yin and meditation. I have worked in computer science and that gives me an insight into the various postural distortions and injuries of today's life and jobs. I am also finishing my training for Personal Trainer and am excited about combining that with yoga.
Yoga is a blessing to reset our minds and bodies to start fresh and take care of this machinery that makes all the things we do possible. Remember, health is not a choice, it is a necessity! So wherever we are, let's keep getting better.
Health is essential. Some people realize it sooner, some later. But the good thing is that we can keep making improvements at whatever stage we are. Listening to people's stories and giving them tools to create a connection between their mind and body is rewarding. That's what I like the most about my work.

During my first meeting with my student, I get to know about them, their health history and goals. I have them do a few assessment exercises to see any muscle imbalances or postural distortions. Based on those and the students goals, we devise a plan for their fitness that includes yoga, mediation and personal training exercises, followed by regular assessments to see progress.
I have vinyasa and hatha yoga training. I am finishing up my personal training as well. I have been teaching at studios, gyms and schools.
